Drafting and tuning your programme

Based on our conversation, I design a programme around your needs using my network across both continents. We identify the business leaders, operators, and decision-makers you need to meet. You'll understand how business actually works in this context, dive into the cultural reality, and have time to enjoy the people and the place.

Day 1

On the ground meetings

You step into the rooms where business actually happens. You meet companies operating in your space, understand how they work on the ground, and get a real sense of the landscape. Every meeting has a purpose. You start seeing patterns.
